Walmarts private label chocolate bar supplier was asked to provide a 2 in 1 PDQ display that would maximize product counts in a Pallet display and as the product was shopped down, be able to utilize the components from the Pallet display to go directly on to the shelf.  The goal was to maximize sell through, re-deploy the components and create a quick transition from one Pallet display to another, thus maximizing existing floor space. By using a combination of existing stock dies, EZ POP was able to satisfy all the requirements asked for and has since used the same design for food products, books and consumer electronics.   

 

As the largest promoter of Private Label and Branded retail products, Walmart and their vendors continue to use the EZ Stack Pallet configurations by simply making minor changes to graphics or capacity of product requirements.
